What this add-on is for
An interior detail vacuums the carpet thoroughly and that is the right treatment for dirt. A stain is different: the liquid has already soaked past the surface fibres into the backing, and vacuuming cannot reach it. Carpet stain removal treats the stain, agitates it, and extracts the residue so it does not wick back up to the surface a day later.
The usual suspects
Coffee down the driver's side, juice boxes in the second row, mud tracked in from a trailhead or a job site, and the pale salt lines that show up on dark carpet after a winter trip north. Pet accidents and anything organic also get enzyme treatment, which is included in every detail.
Floor mats and cargo areas
Mats come out and are treated separately so the carpet underneath can be worked on properly. Cargo areas and third-row footwells count as part of the same add-on rather than an extra charge.
Honest limits
A stain that has been sitting for a year, has already been scrubbed with a household cleaner, or has bleached the carpet will improve rather than disappear. Carpet is dyed fibre, and once the dye is gone no cleaning brings it back. We will tell you which one you have before we start.

Is it included in an interior detail?
No. An interior detail vacuums the carpet. Stain removal is a separate add-on because it needs treatment and extraction time.
Will the stain come back?
Not if it is extracted properly. Stains that reappear a day later were scrubbed rather than extracted, which pushes residue into the backing where it wicks back up as it dries.
Can you get out pet accidents?
Usually. Enzyme odor removal is included in every detail, and stain removal handles the visible mark. Contamination that has soaked into the padding underneath may not come out completely.
