Car detailing at apartments, with no hose and no outlet
If you rent, you have probably had a mobile detailer cancel on you. The reason is almost always the same: they arrived, found no spigot and no outlet near the car, and could not do the job. Our rig is built so that question never comes up.
What we bring
Water travels with us in an onboard tank, and the pressure washer and extraction equipment run off portable power in the vehicle. Nothing plugs into your unit. Nothing connects to a common-area hose bib. There is no cord across a walkway and no water running down a deck ramp.
Practically, that means a numbered space in a lot, a spot in a covered deck, a townhome garage, or a street space all work the same way a driveway does.
What you do
Pick a day and a window, tell us the vehicle and the address, and include your building and space number if you are in a deck. Leave the car unlocked or hand off a key.
You do not need to be home. We text on arrival and again when the car is done.

Questions from renters
Do you need access to water or a power outlet?
No. We bring our own water supply and portable power, so we can fully detail your car at an apartment complex, parking deck, or office lot with no hose and no outlet anywhere nearby. This is the main reason apartment residents around Sandy Springs book with us instead of driving to a shop.
Do you detail cars at apartment complexes?
Yes. Apartment complexes are a large share of our work. All we need is a parking space next to your vehicle. We do not need to plug into anything, tap a spigot, or use a common-area hose, so there is nothing for you to arrange with your leasing office.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. As long as we can reach the vehicle and you have left it unlocked or handed off a key, you can be at work or inside. We text when we arrive and again when the car is finished.
Do I need permission from my leasing office?
Usually not, because we are not using any of the property's utilities. We are a vehicle parked next to a vehicle. If your community has a specific vendor policy, tell us and we will follow it; for buildings that require proof of insurance we can send a certificate before the appointment.
Can you work in a covered parking deck?
Yes. We do not need daylight, drainage, or overhead clearance beyond normal deck height. Text us the level and space number and we will find you.
What if my space is too narrow to work around?
Move the car to a guest space or an end spot before we arrive and tell us where it is. We need room to walk the full perimeter of the vehicle, which is roughly one empty space beside it.
